Big changes are here for both homebuyers and sellers

Big changes arrived on Aug 17 for both homebuyers and sellers with the recent NAR settlement. You’ve probably seen quite a bit of news commentary regarding recent changes to how RE commissions are negotiated and paid out. Because this is a fluid situation (court approval of industry changes isn’t until November) this may continue to change over coming months, nonetheless, I feel it’s import to share what we do know.
