Last Saturday we held a client appreciation event and our first ever Donut Wars was a great success. I wanted to thank everyone who came and helped us vote (and eat) all the delicious donuts. While they were all tasty, Duck Donuts did edge out Lee Donuts to become our first winner. Duck will take its title to the next round where they will face off against Gurnee Donuts. Stay tuned.

In local real estate news, we are entering what is usually a slower month. With last minute family vacations and back-to-schools fever, you should expect to see things start picking up again towards the end of August.
