This week I am proud to announce some BIG changes I’ve made to my business that are intended to provide the highest level of service possible. These changes include our Buyer Protection Plan, our Easy Exit Agreement, and our Community Guarantee with the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

But, the biggest change happening in RE is that starting August, 17, 2024 you will no longer be able to tour houses without a written buyer agency agreement. These are nationwide changes and are sure to be a dramatic change from what you previously experienced in RE. If you, or anyone you know, is considering shopping for a home, please let me know and we can have a longer conversation about what these changes mean and why you shouldn’t be concerned.
